Symptom:
You may experience some or all of the following:
Unable to view Session ID field on transfer to accounting screen
Unable to use Copy Posted Document or Reverse Posted Document menu
On the login screen, the Organization field is above the User Information fields
Cause:
The DPI (Dots Per Inch) setting has been changed from the default. Due to the properties of the MIP display technology, some fields will be displaced or missing if the DPI settings are not at 100%. This does not always occur, only in some monitor/video card combinations.
Resolution:
Set the DPI back to the default setting
Windows7/10
From Desktop, do right click and select Personalized>Display or navigate to Start>Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Display
Select the option for Smaller – 100% (default)
Restart the workstation
If the size of the display at 100% DPI (default) is too small, consider the following options.
Change the resolution on the monitor reducing the resolution. This will spread the content of the screen over a larger area. However, this may result in a less than optimal viewing experience on LCD panels.
Look for an older monitor that has less resolution. The display size is a function of how much resolution you have (in Pixels) over the size of the monitor. Two monitors of identical size but different resolutions will change the size of the display.
