Symptom:
MIP is upgraded to 21.2 along with the Alerts Server, users then fully login but get the following message.
Cause:
The previous version of alerts server was installed while upgrading to 21.2.
Upgrading MIP does not replace the pervious version of alerts server.
Resolution:
First go to Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
If you see more than one version, uninstall BOTH versions.
Then run the 21.2 executable again.
Do NOT run the MIP Server install again.
Use the piano key as show in the image below to only install Alerts Server.
