- If you go to kb.abila.com and click the Log In button, you can now log in again, but you will receive a false “Access denied” message. If you click on “Knowledge Base” on the bread crumbs (highlighted below) OR if you navigate back to the knowledge base through the menus, everything works as expected.

- If you go to forum.abila.com and click the Log In button, you will receive the error message below without being prompted to enter your email and password. You can still get to the forums, though. You will need to first log in at kb.abila.com. You will get the false “Access denied” message described above, but you may then navigate to forum.abila.com, and everything works as expected.
