Symptom:
When using the Export to Excel feature and selecting the Append Option, the process will crash. This may happen on one or more workstations but not necessarily on all workstations.
Cause:
Excessive or corrupt Temp files
Resolution:
Clear the Temp files directory
Reboot Computer
Immediately access Start>Search or Run
In the Run Command line, type: %temp%
Press Enter
When the temp files are displayed, from the toolbar select Edit>Select All or using your keyboard select CNTRL+A
Select the Delete key on your keyboard and delete all files, you may be presented with a screen stating a certain file or files cannot be deleted, you can select Skip
