Symptom
When attempting to login to MIP Cloud the message: 'Could not initialize MIP Classic subsystem: Log on user failed. Verify your credentials' appears
Cause
All of the seats are in use or there are current seats in use along with disconnected users from prior dates.
Resolution
1. Have the MIP User Manager login to portal.mip.com
2. Select Users & Groups
3. Select Locks
4. Use the Clear button to clear out any disconnected users showing that they are logged in
5. Have the user receiving the error message login again
