DF-FA-030926-Declining a Benefit Plan in Open Enrollment Results in Incorrect Expiration Dates

When an employee already uses an existing benefit plan and then declines that plan during open enrollment, the expiration dates are one day prior to the decline date instead of one date prior to the effective date in Maintain > Benefit Enrollment > Benefit Plans.
